New Challenge

Good Morning everyone,

Will it's a new challenge across at Stamping with the Dragon

This is the card i created for the challenge

This is an 8x8 blank white card, i have used blue glitter card from my scrap box, a designer die-cut from Papermania capsule collection : Burleigh Blue and a 6x6 paper piece from Papermania capsule collection : Burleigh Blue. I have added two snowflake glitter stickers from my stash and a "season's greeting" sentiment.
I picked the image Frosty Junior Digi stamp.  Hope you like it.

Happy New Year to everyone,

Well it's been a busy couple of weeks to the new year. I have been designing my website and it finally went live on Saturday 12th. It was a lot of fun designing but also really tiring!!! Pop on over and have a look and let me know what you all think.

So it's now back to the grind stone and time to get back on top of my Dt work for Stamping with the Dragon. Plus i have a few orders to catch up with and get finished.Will post photo's as soon as they have been finished and collected.

Name Plaques

A couple of commissions for Christmas presents. I loved making these even if they did stress me out trying to get them the right colour, tried painting one and it bowed so i had to prime them first before painting. I used my Cricut Expression 2 for the Winnie the Pooh images and the writing. For the Winnie the Pooh plaques i added some paper flowers, some ladybirds and butterflies out of my stash.

50th Birthday card

I was asked by an old colleague of mine to commission a birthday card for her best friend who's birthday was boxing day and to make it an even more special day she would be celebrating her 50th.

So i made a Book of Trix card and decorated it using "Holly" from Jem's designs, can't remember if she is on Fairy cobblers 1 or Fairy cobblers 2. Keeping with the colour scheme, i made the Book of Trix to match in. I added red flowers with hat pins in the corner, then added some holly and a poinsettia flower down the spine of the book.
I made the box to match and added a large topper to the front.

Twins and Triplets Christmas cards

These are 2 8x8 cards made for a set of twins and a set of triplets from their granny. I loved making these cards as they were so different. Each card are made from Tilda stamps, which i coloured in using my pro-markers and added some sparkle using glitter pens. I used my Cameo to cut out the lettering.

Happy New Year

Good morning (just) everyone, Sorry for not being around recently but it has been pretty hard going what with the business going live at the beginning of December and all of the craft fairs and ladies nights that i did to pull in some lovely customers. It has been a very busy month for me and it was really nice just to have a couple of days over Christmas to sit and relax with the hubby and munch. I hope you all had a lovely and relaxing Christmas, and are now all prepared for the celebrations for tonight. I am going to be posting some of the lovely orders i did for Christmas for some of my lovely customers.

Over the next month i will be working on some lovely new items and ideas, so will post pictures as and when they are finished. Also i better get started on some Valentines designs, will post photo's after.

Well i will wish you a Happy New Year and hope you all have a great time tonight saying goodbye to 2012 and saying hello to 2013.

Hi folks sorry i haven't updated my blog in a few weeks, been really busy with setting up my own business. I haven't made a DT sample for two weeks, so with no further delay lets get on to the new challenge for this week.

Well folks it's time for another challenge over at Stamping with the Dragon and this week it is "Wedding".

Here is the card i made as my DT piece.

This is a 8"x8" card, i used Ruperts wedding coloured stamp and added paper flowers and a butterfly from my stash.
