Challenge #69 Lacy Sunshine

Good Morning,

Well what a busy weekend i have had.
Saturday i spent making dt samples and trying to get my computer to work as it is on a go slow at the mo.
Sunday i had my very first kids card class. It went well with 7 kids. Glitter everywhere is an understatement!!!!!!!

So it's time for a new challenge over at TTPH.

This weeks theme is Anything goes, everyones favourite.

Our sponsor is Lacy Sunshine

So here is my dt sample.
I have made a Christmas hanging decoration using Rory's Christmas Tree
I printed the digi stamp so i had 4 copies.
They are all coloured with Spectrum Noirs and a white gel pen.

Some of the sections for the paper piecing.

My base layer, end of the scarf coloured in red and the rest of the image in grey for the shadows.

My second layer, a full coloured image.

Third layer added.

Fourth layer added.

A side view so you can see the layers.

And another side view.

And the completed sample.

I have used papers from my stash and found a pouch of die cut trees. Trees have been edged with liquid pearls. The sentiment was made using the pen adaptor on my Cameo.

I hope you like what i have made.

Challenge #67 Tonic and Sassy Studios

Good Afternoon,

Sorry this post is late, was meant to go live at 10am this morning but received some news that threw me off course.

So did everyone have a good Halloween and Bonfire night.

I had a great Halloween, me and hubby went to the annual party at my friends house. What a laugh and some great costumes again this year.

We went as Zombies.

Never really celebrated Bonfire night this year as Hayden is very keen on the load bangs but we did have some fireworks at Gaz's aunties last night with his family. Hayden stayed inside with his gran.

So it's time for a new challenge over at TTPH

This weeks challenge is

Scrapper's Delights #61, Use a tag

Good Monday Morning.

I hope you all had a great weekend.
What lovely weather we have been blessed with.

Well we decided to nip up to Aberdeen for the weekend to visit family.
A very busy weekend of going to the park, hunting for conkers( to try and keep the spiders at bay), going to the beach and a wee drop of retail therapy so i could get a few Christmas projects finished (that were started last year)

So it's time for Team A's new challenge over at TTPH.
This week we are sponsored by the lovely Scrapper's Delights

The theme for this week is  : Use a tag in any shape or size

I chose Genie 2 to work with.

I love this image and it is a new release from Janice.

So here is what i made

Materials used:

Plain white gift bag
Plain cream dollie
Flowers : Samflora and my stash
Ribbon from my stash
blue and cream card

Digi was coloured with Spectrum Noirs and Sakura Aquarel pencils.

For the tag I photocopied my finished coloured image on my printer and then cut it into the desired shape. I think it turned out rather well.

I hope to see some of your creations on the challenge blog.
