Blog Hop

Well it's time for a new challenge again over at Stamping with the Dragon and this fortnight it is something a little bit different. We as a design team are doing a blog hop. 

To be in with a chance to win this challenge, you will need to do the blog hop as well. A bit of extra work, but well worth it for the fantastic prize.
Start the hop HERE, jump from blog to blog. On each blog you will find a code. Collect the "Code letters" from each blog to get the "Code word". Leave a comment on each blog with the letters you have collected. Once you have completed the hop, got the full code word, get crafty. Make any project you want and blog as usual.

So here is my project for this fortnight's challenge.

I have made my very first scrapbook page!!!
Because we are all using the same image Family Photo, i decided to make up a scrapbook page featuring my family.
This is me, my hubby and my wee boy (4 months at the time) on our Wedding day 15/10/2011.

I have used K&Company Sparkly Sweet 12x12 Little Flowers Glitter Paper for the base, K&Company  Sparkly Sweet Scalloped Stripes Flat Paper for the backing for my photo.

I used the following to colour in the stamp
Pro-markers : Magenta, Cocktail Pink, Blossom, Antique Pink, Pastel Blue, Powder Blue, Blue Pearl, Pastel Green, Soft Green, Mint Green.
Copic : Y11

I have then used punched butterflies, buttons, letters and gems out of my stash to finish the page off

OMG!!!! OMG!!!!! OMG!!!!!

Omg!!!!!!!!!!!

Well what can i say, not a lot i don't think as still in shock!!!!!

I applied to become a design team member a couple of weeks ago for Jem's Designs and i received an email to say that i had been successful.

OMG!!!! ME!!!!! I coudn't believe it, i had to read the email twice, then the tears started. Hubby and munch came thru and gave me a big hug, hubby can't be any prouder then he is now.

Can't wait to start making samples with the lovely art work that Sue and Linda come up with. And working alongside some very talented ladies.

New Challenge

Well guys it's that time again!!!

It's time to show you my latest project for the new challenge over at Stamping with the Dragon.

Challenge for this fortnight is Love is in the air. this challenge finishes on the 14th Feb, so get your entries in.

I used valentines dragon (coloured) for my project.

I made an exploding box, which can have a small gift added to it.


Each outside flap is decorated with the Valentine's Dragon coloured stamp.

 The lid, decorated with paper flowers from my stash.

 All of the inside layers are decorated with papers from the Me to You "with love" 6x6 paper pack, i have then added jems, hearts, flowers from my stash. And have also die-cut some butterflies in silver mirror card.

Docrafts Press Releases

Hi Guys,

I have just managed to have time to pop these Press releases up. I received them off of Emma @ Docrafts. These are the new releases from Docrafts for March 2013. I can't wait for the Gorjuss range to come out. Love, love, love their stuff. Will have to save some pennies for this all coming out so i can get most of it, to make some lovely creations.

Dad's Birthday Cards

Evening guys, well it was my dad's birthday on Tuesday 28th so here is the cards i made him from me, hubby and munch.

This is a 8x8 easel card, using Forever Friend "The Good Life" paper pack and decopage toppers.

This is a 6x6 tri-fold card, using Forever Friends "The Good Life" paper pack and Papermania capsule collection designer die cuts in Burleigh Blue.

New Challenge

Good Morning everyone,

Will it's a new challenge across at Stamping with the Dragon

This is the card i created for the challenge

This is an 8x8 blank white card, i have used blue glitter card from my scrap box, a designer die-cut from Papermania capsule collection : Burleigh Blue and a 6x6 paper piece from Papermania capsule collection : Burleigh Blue. I have added two snowflake glitter stickers from my stash and a "season's greeting" sentiment.
I picked the image Frosty Junior Digi stamp.  Hope you like it.

Happy New Year to everyone,

Well it's been a busy couple of weeks to the new year. I have been designing my website and it finally went live on Saturday 12th. It was a lot of fun designing but also really tiring!!! Pop on over and have a look and let me know what you all think.

So it's now back to the grind stone and time to get back on top of my Dt work for Stamping with the Dragon. Plus i have a few orders to catch up with and get finished.Will post photo's as soon as they have been finished and collected.
